Collective Conscience^(BE)

Collective Conscience is een jong Antwerps trio dat al hun hele leven samen speelt. Ze houden zich liefst op in het gebied tussen jazz en elektronische hiphop. In maart brachten ze hun eerste EP uit, Prayer. Verwacht een experimentele crossover show met audiovisueel spektakel. Ze zijn geselecteerd voor De Nieuwe Lichting 2018.

Bart Sibiel, 22tracks: "We'll never claim to have discovered anyone because we've got far too much respect for other people's effort and know that's a foolish thing to claim anyway but with these youngsters we were on board from early on. Discovered their sounds through a call for acts to play at our bedroom beats sessions, overwhelmed by their live act (drums, bass and synths/guitar in an almost standard rock setup) and fans ever since. Great to see them evolve into something really special as this track testifies."
